Giardina automatic coating machine

This machine is highly productive in saving consumption of the coat applied since it is equipped with an optical sensing bar capable of copying shapes of individual sections. At the same time, there is a collecting device at the back of the machine, which returns the excess coat back for further use. The coats are applied using 4 guns positioned under a proper angle which enables simultaneous spraying of sections also from the side. The maximum coated section height can be 12 cm. We only use water-based coats.
